Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica debatir\u00e1 sobre la implantaci\u00f3n en el Per\u00fa del voto electr\u00f3nico y su posible uso en las elecciones presidenciales del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, tema sobre el cual coinciden a favor todas las bancadas menos la oficialista, es decir la del \u00a0APRA.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/10\/10\/131010\/congreso.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Esta tarde el congreso debatir\u00e1 sobre el voto electr\u00f3nico\" respecto el vocero del APRA, Mauricio Mulder ha dicho que el voto electr\u00f3nico asegura velocidad pero no seguridad y que los partidos que exigen este sistema son aquellos que carecen de suficientes personeros en las elecciones municipales, regionales o nacionales.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Por su parte, el congresista de Alianza Nacional, Walter Menchola, replic\u00f3 que este moderno sistema se viene aplicando desde hace a\u00f1os en varios importantes pa\u00edses como Brasil y que su implantaci\u00f3n en el Per\u00fa reemplazar\u00eda al ej\u00e9rcito de personeros que actualmente reclutan algunos partidos, muchos de \u00e9stos verdaderos expertos en artima\u00f1as para manejar los votos ,logrando que se
