{"id":16526,"date":"2011-04-08T20:42:28","date_gmt":"2011-04-08T20:42:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2011\/04\/08\/lan-y-tam-defienden-fusion-en-chile\/"},"modified":"2011-04-08T20:42:28","modified_gmt":"2011-04-08T20:42:28","slug":"lan-y-tam-defienden-fusion-en-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/transporte-aereo\/internacional\/lan-y-tam-defienden-fusion-en-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"LAN y TAM defienden fusi\u00f3n en Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/><strong>(Aeronoticias).-<\/strong> Un extenso documento entreg\u00f3 LAN y TAM al Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia (TDLC) de Chile para defender la fusi\u00f3n de ambas aerol\u00edneas, ya que seg\u00fan ellas la operaci\u00f3n no pondr\u00eda en riesgo la libre competencia del mercado a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto debido a que las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas operan en dos de la rutas: Santiago-Sao Paulo y Santiago R\u00edo de Janeiro, las que representan 1,4% de los pasajeros transportados por ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, dicen, existen otras dos compa\u00f1\u00edas que operan entre ambos mercados y una cuarta que ofrece una escala y no existen costos que afecten la entrada o crecimiento de los nuevos entrantes.
