(Aeronoticias).-<\/strong> Nuestra gastronom\u00eda peruana aspira a ser reconocida por la Unesco como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad.\u00a0Para apoyar esta postulaci\u00f3n, la Sociedad Peruana de Gastronom\u00eda (Apega) cre\u00f3 la campa\u00f1a \u201cCocina Peruana para el Mundo\u201d que hasta el momento registra cerca 30 mil adhesiones. La meta es llegar a 500 mil adhesiones. <\/p>\n

Apega inform\u00f3 que se cuenta adem\u00e1s con el apoyo de 16 instituciones reconocidas que han expresado por escrito su respaldo a esta iniciativa a favor de la cocina peruana.\u00a0Para votar ingrese a http:\/\/www.cocinaperuanaparaelmundo.pe\/<\/a>.
