abrir\u00e1 en diciembre pr\u00f3ximo su resort Hotel Royal Decameron Punta Sal, en el distrito de Punta Sal (Tumbes), en cuya construcci\u00f3n invierte 30 millones de d\u00f3lares y que se convertir\u00e1 en el primer hotel de Per\u00fa bajo el sistema Todo Incluido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLas obras del resort en Punta Sal se iniciaron en marzo y tienen un 20 por ciento de avance\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la gerente comercial de Decameron Per\u00fa, Marisol Chiroque.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inform\u00f3 que tienen previsto inaugurar el hotel con 133 habitaciones el 11 de diciembre pr\u00f3ximo y durante el primer semestre del 2012 construir 167 habitaciones adicionales, con lo cual la oferta total del establecimiento llegar\u00e1 a 300 habitaciones.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn la primera etapa tambi\u00e9n se construir\u00e1 el restaurante principal, dos bares, \u00e1rea de show y entretenimiento, sal\u00f3n de convenciones con capacidad para 1,000 personas, piscina, lobby y un kil\u00f3metro de playa\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la segunda etapa se incluir\u00e1n dos restaurantes de especialidades o tem\u00e1ticos, dos bares, spa y canchas de tenis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCon este hotel apuntamos al turista receptivo y al corporativo, teniendo en cuenta que en este \u00faltimo muchos trabajadores de empresas de Per\u00fa viajan a nuestros hoteles en el extranjero para realizar sus convenciones o dar incentivos por ventas a sus trabajadores\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n proyect\u00f3 para el primer a\u00f1o de operaciones una ocupabilidad de hasta 95 por ciento debido a las atractivas promociones que se ofrecer\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que en febrero del 2008 la asociaci\u00f3n empresarial Blue Marlin, compuesta por la cadena de Hoteles Decameron y el grupo peruano Nuevo Mundo, anunciaron su decisi\u00f3n de invertir 65 millones de d\u00f3lares en proyectos hoteleros en Punta Sal, la ciudad del Cusco y el Valle Sagrado de los Incas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chiroque explic\u00f3 que la demora en concretar el proyecto de Punta Sal se debi\u00f3 a que la maqueta inicial fue evolucionando con la intenci\u00f3n de superar las expectativas de los clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoteles Decameron opera 30 complejos hoteleros en 11 pa\u00edses del Caribe,
