Coronel FAP (R) Ram\u00f3n Gamarra Trujillo, deber\u00eda presentar su renuncia irrevocable al cargo por la firma del convenio a\u00e9reo Per\u00fa-Chile, en el que se le ha otorgado sextas libertades a este pa\u00eds sin reciprocidad y sin compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, afirm\u00f3 el Dr. Juli\u00e1n Palacin Fern\u00e1ndez, Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derecho Aeron\u00e1utico del Colegio de Abogados de Lima.<\/p>\n<p>Si el actual director de la DGAC nombrado por este gobierno se quiere aferrar al periodo de los 4 a\u00f1os de conformidad al art\u00edculo 8.3 de la ley 27261, el nuevo ministro de transportes que asuma el 28 de julio deber\u00e1 por Resoluci\u00f3n Suprema plantear su remoci\u00f3n en aplicaci\u00f3n al inciso C del art\u00edculo 8 de la referida ley, en donde se tendr\u00e1 que consignar la debida motivaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a este convenio a\u00e9reo que afecta los intereses nacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/11\/07\/120711\/susana-vilca.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"SUSANA\" title=\"SUSANA\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Tribunal de Defensa de Libre competencia de Chile expidi\u00f3 la sentencia n\u00famero 81\/2009, en donde se muestra como la DGAC de Chile, licita las rutas que le otorga el Per\u00fa, lo grave es que durante 14 a\u00f1os el Per\u00fa ha otorgado segmentos de\u00a0sexta libertad a Chile, sin reciprocidad, en acuerdos que ahora tendr\u00e1n que denunciarse o revisarse dijo el especialista, sugiriendo que en todo caso, el nuevo director de la DGAC del Per\u00fa que asuma en agosto,\u00a0exija a LAN, compensaciones econ\u00f3micas, por los segmentos de quinta libertad en aplicaci\u00f3n al art\u00edculo 98 de la ley de aeron\u00e1utica civil del Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Esta sentencia chilena muestra como en el 2007 v\u00eda convenio a\u00e9reo firmado por Carlos Puga Pumareda hoy funcionario de ProInversion y Ver\u00f3nica Zavala Lombardi, hoy representante del Per\u00fa ante un organismo internacional, le regalaron a Chile sin reciprocidad 28 quintas libertades, Chile las licit\u00f3 y la cobr\u00f3 a LAN por este regalo peruano, que ahora habr\u00eda rivalidad en el mes de abril el actual director Gamarra, que habr\u00eda viajado al exterior hasta el 24 de julio, dejando un reemplazo en momentos en que se est\u00e1 culminando el proceso de transferencia. <\/p>\n<p>Fuentes del sector informaron que la congresista Susana Vilca, viene realizando un trabajo extraordinario en la Comisi\u00f3n de Transferencia en el sector transportes en donde ahora s\u00ed, soplan vientos en defensa de los intereses nacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
