en televisi\u00f3n en el programa Cuarto Poder al ministro saliente Enrique Cornejo Ram\u00edrez se quiso defender pero qued\u00f3 mal parado se auto condecor\u00f3 y en los 100 a\u00f1os de la aviaci\u00f3n civil peruana le dio la medalla de Jorge Ch\u00e1vez al presidente de LAN PER\u00da como si este distinguido abogado hubiera hecho alguna vez alg\u00fan m\u00e9rito en defensa de la aviaci\u00f3n civil peruana, en todo caso la imposici\u00f3n de esta distinci\u00f3n est\u00e1 justificada como honor al m\u00e9rito a la aviaci\u00f3n civil chilena y como corolario, Enrique Cornejo mostr\u00f3 el reloj que le regal\u00f3 una empresa privada extranjera con motivo del aniversario de Jorge Ch\u00e1vez.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Creemos que lo m\u00e1s importante no se ha dicho, en raz\u00f3n a que el Ministerio de Transportes negoci\u00f3 con Chile en abril de este a\u00f1o, decenas de segmentos de quinta libertad al mercado norteamericano que vale millones de d\u00f3lares sin reciprocidad y sin pedir compensaci\u00f3n alguna, en fin Enrique Cornejo Ram\u00edrez es un fiel sucesor de las pol\u00edticas sectoriales de Ver\u00f3nica Zavala Lombardi, ambos ser\u00e1n recordados por la historia del Per\u00fa como los defensores de Chile en la utilizaci\u00f3n y uso del espacio a\u00e9reo peruano en donde el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones del Per\u00fa jug\u00f3 un triste y penoso papel en el \u00e1mbito a\u00e9reo entre el 2006 y 2011, dejando en el cargo al Coronel FAP (r ) Carlos Gamarra Trujillo a quien el nuevo ministro Carlos Paredes Rodriguez deber\u00eda con Resoluci\u00f3n Motivada firmada por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Ollanta Humala cesarlo el mismo 29 de julio, salvo que se pretenda que Chile siga reinando y gobernando en los cielos peruanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ministerio de los \u201cadulones\u201d, yo te condecoro y tu me condecoras y todos nos condecoramos, en fin desde su tumba en el aer\u00f3dromo de Las Palmas, el hombre que puso el nombre del Per\u00fa en la historia de la aviaci\u00f3n mundial Jorge Ch\u00e1vez Dartnell se preguntar\u00e1 que hicieron por la aviaci\u00f3n civil peruana aquellos que recibieron su medalla el 23 de setiembre de 2010, en el Hotel Country Club, pues absolutamente nada, es que nuestro pa\u00eds es el de los sobones, incautos, de los sin raz\u00f3n, de los que rodean el poder sin principios, y de los que cuando ingres\u00f3 en 1881 el general chileno Baquedano en la toma de Lima en donde fusilaban a diestra y siniestra a los peruanos se pusieron al lado de Chile, en fin las lecciones de la historia nos ense\u00f1an quien es quien, por ahora el Per\u00fa va perdiendo su batalla jur\u00eddica en el espacio a\u00e9reo, sin embargo hay algunos que solitariamente siembran principios, defienden, buscan justicia, a ellos l\u00f3gicamente los condecorar\u00e1n, ya que son los soldados an\u00f3nimos de un pa\u00eds sin la aviaci\u00f3n civil que necesita.<\/p>\n<p>El Per\u00fa aspira a recuperar su dignidad y su soberan\u00eda en la utilizaci\u00f3n y uso de su espacio a\u00e9reo, en la defensa del desarrollo de la aviaci\u00f3n civil y de las empresas 100 por ciento peruanas, lamentablemente eso no se pudo lograr en el periodo Zavala Cornejo, (2006-2011), el futuro nos dir\u00e1 si las nuevas generaciones a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones y el sector privado logren que la aviaci\u00f3n civil peruana pueda llegar arriba, mas arriba y hacia las estrellas con eso so\u00f1amos, respetando al pa\u00eds hermano de Chile que tiene grandes empresas porque tiene grandes hombres y buenos dirigentes, que nosotros esperamos tener para equilibrar la balanza aerocomercial.<\/p>\n<p
