Internacional Jorge Ch&aacute;vez, el concesionario Lima Airport Partners, no cumple con su obligaci&oacute;n de habilitar una sala de prensa para dar facilidades a los periodistas aeroportuarios, a fin de que cumplan con su misi&oacute;n de informar las noticias, que ocurran dentro de esta infraestructura aeron&aacute;utica peruana,<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aeronoticias.com.pe\/fotonoticias\/noviembre\/AIJCH.jpg\" alt=\" \" title=\"AIJCH\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Debemos recordar que la tarifa &uacute;nica de aeropuertos TUUA, pagada por los pasajeros, financia este servicio, pero LAP no cumple porque OSITRAN, el MTC, la Direcci&oacute;n General de Aeron&aacute;utica Civil del Per&uacute;, y especialmente INDECOPI la tratan con guantes de seda, los perjudicados son los usuarios y el sistema democr&aacute;tico que no tiene en el &aacute;mbito aeroportuario, libertad de prensa.<\/p>\n<p> La Uni&oacute;n de Periodistas de Aviaci&oacute;n UPA, ha venido desarrollando una lucha solitaria por la defensa de la sociedad a tener una sala de prensa que antes de la privatizaci&oacute;n, febrero del 2001, funcionaba perfectamente en nuestro primer terminal a&eacute;reo, es decir cuando el Estado peruano ten&iacute;a la administraci&oacute;n del Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch&aacute;vez de Lima-Per&uacute; a trav&eacute;s de la Corporaci&oacute;n Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviaci&oacute;n Comercial CORPAC, cumpl&iacute;a con esta obligaci&oacute;n, hoy en febrero del 2009, que se cumplen ocho a&ntilde;os de la concesi&oacute;n, el 14 de febrero, ser&aacute; un a&ntilde;o m&aacute;s de incumplimiento de LAP de habilitar una sala de prensa en el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch&aacute;vez de Lima-Per&uacute;.<\/p>\n<p> Aeronoticias.com.pe pide a la Defensora del Pueblo, Beatriz Merino que intervenga, en raz&oacute;n a que el inter&eacute;s p&uacute;blico y los derechos de 28 millones de peruanos, exigen que los periodistas puedan tener un lugar desde donde informar, en el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch&aacute;vez, especialmente en un &aacute;mbito en donde el departamento de seguridad y mercanc&iacute;as peligrosas de la Direcci&oacute;n General de Aeron&aacute;utica Civil del MTC, ha tenido una actitud extra&ntilde;&iacute;sima paralizando aeronaves que llevaban papeler&iacute;a y no visualizando, decenas y hasta centenas en ocho a&ntilde;os de burriers, que pasaron los controles en un claro incumplimiento de las empresas de aviaci&oacute;n, en algunos casos y de las empresas de rayos x, en otros de la revisi&oacute;n del 100% del equipaje facturado, es decir del que va en bodega y del acompa&ntilde;ado.<\/p>\n<p> La opini&oacute;n p&uacute;blica tiene derecho a que el periodismo libre pueda circular, trabajar y desarrollar su trabajo de investigaci&oacute;n en el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch&aacute;vez y para ello, requiere de la sala de
