la investigaci&oacute;n de la venta en el extranjero de PETRO TECH.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aeronoticias.com.pe\/fotonoticias\/0109\/02\/110209\/agaricia.jpg\" alt=\" \" title=\"PRESIDENTE DEL PER&Uacute; PIDE A CONGRESO INVESTIGAR A PETRO-TECH\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" \/><\/div>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Debemos recordar que esta empresa estar&iacute;a involucrada en el esc&aacute;ndalo de los petroaudios que permiti&oacute; conocer una red de corrupci&oacute;n vinculada a la venta de lotes petroleros que ha originado el encarcelamiento de un funcionario p&uacute;blico y de un ex ministro del primer gobierno aprista, 1985-1990.<\/p>\n<p> La bancada de oposici&oacute;n plantearon que dicha comisi&oacute;n la presida un Congresista de la oposici&oacute;n dentro de un contexto en donde Alan Garcia ha sostenido es inoportuno o inconveniente el momento de la venta.<\/p>\n<p> Aeronoticias.com.pe considera que se requiere un informe que determine si la venta de Petro-Tech es legal o ilegal y que en todo caso el Congreso deber&iacute;a determinar dentro del &aacute;mbito de sus competencias las consecuencias de dicha transacci&oacute;n realizada en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p> Las interceptaciones telef&oacute;nicas que ven&iacute;an siendo realizadas impunemente en el pa&iacute;s, puede tener mayores consecuencias de las que suponemos, en raz&oacute;n a que podr&iacute;a haber existido un tr&aacute;fico ilegal de informaciones para extorsi&oacute;n, aprovechamiento indebido y otros fines il&iacute;citos; sin embargo, la difusi&oacute;n de audios il&iacute;citos que desentra&ntilde;a una red de corrupci&oacute;n en las distintas esferas del Estado debe ser conocido, investigado y sancionado, en raz&oacute;n a que el pueblo tienen derecho a estar
