Bush, ex presidente de Estados Unidos de Norteamerica, piden su captura y que sea procesado por la Corte Penal Internacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCanad\u00e1 est\u00e1 obligado por sus obligaciones internacionales a detener y procesar al expresidente Bush por su responsabilidad en los cr\u00edmenes contra el derecho internacional, entre ellos la tortura\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Susan Lee, directora de la organizaci\u00f3n para Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abComo las autoridades de Estados Unidos no han, hasta ahora, citado a Bush ante la justicia, la comunidad internacional debe intervenir. Si Canad\u00e1 se abstiene de actuar durante su visita, eso constituir\u00e1 una violaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas contra la tortura y ser\u00e1 una manifestaci\u00f3n de desprecio a los derechos humanos\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su mandato, se\u00f1ala Amnist\u00eda Internacional, Bush autoriz\u00f3 \u00abt\u00e9cnicas reforzadas de interrogaci\u00f3n\u00bb, entre ellas \u201cel simulacro de ahogamiento\u00bb. Con informaci\u00f3n de El Nuevo D\u00eda.<br \/>Consideramos que los Estados son soberanos, sin embargo la soberan\u00eda tiene un l\u00edmite, el respeto al derecho internacional y en este caso la violaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos por parte del ex presidente Bush fue realmente una verg\u00fcenza para la civilizaci\u00f3n y para el pueblo norteamericano que crey\u00f3 en el credo de Abraham Lincoln y de muchos hombres y mujeres que creyeron en la libertad y en los derechos del hombre, en este caso se espera justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/11\/10\/121011\/guantanamo.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Procesar\u00edan penalmente a ex presidente norteamericana George W.
