GRUPO DE 34 CONGRESISTAS SE OPONEN AL TLC CON CHILE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Un recurso de inconstitucionalidad contra el pretendido Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) con Chile fue presentado ayer por un grupo de 34 congresistas ante el Tribunal Constitucional, cuyo presidente Juan Vergara Gotelli, atendi&oacute; personalmente al grupo de parlamentarios en la sede de este organismo.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aeronoticias.com.pe\/fotonoticias\/0109\/03\/030309\/congresoperu.jpg\" alt=\" \" title=\"UN GRUPO DE 34 CONGRESISTAS SE OPONEN AL TLC CON CHILE\" \/><\/div>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Los congresistas anunciaron que lanzar&aacute;n una campa&ntilde;a a nivel nacional, para esclarecer lo que realmente significa este acuerdo internacional y el pueblo se entere en forma clara hasta donde van sus alcances.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, los congresistas Juvenal Ordo&ntilde;ez y Freddy Ot&aacute;rola, sostuvieron que el Tratado de Libre Comercio con Chile vulnera varios art&iacute;culos de la constituci&oacute;n peruana, lesiona el inter&eacute;s nacional y los procedimientos normales del Congreso de la Rep&uacute;blica.<\/p>\n<p>Otros congresistas se mostraron sorprendidos de que, sobre todo, se haga abstracci&oacute;n sobre el palpitante tema&nbsp; de los l&iacute;mites mar&iacute;timos&nbsp; y por lo tanto debilite la posici&oacute;n peruana en la Corte Internacional de La Haya, que ver&aacute; este diferendo.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras tanto el Tribunal Constitucional fij&oacute; en 15 d&iacute;as su pronunciamiento sobre el recurso presentado contra el acuerdo comercial con Chile.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un recurso de
