MANDA TOMAR DOS PUERTOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">El presidente de Venezuela, Hugo Ch&aacute;vez, dispuso ayer que las fuerzas armadas de su pa&iacute;s, tomen la semana pr&oacute;xima la estaci&oacute;n mar&iacute;tima de Puerto Cabello, en el estado (provincia) Carabobo, y a la Guardia Nacional (polic&iacute;a militarizada) que haga lo propio con la de Maracaibo, capital del estado Zulia, luego de que el parlamento aprobara la semana pasada una ley que limita las atribuciones regionales sobre esos servicios.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aeronoticias.com.pe\/fotonoticias\/0109\/03\/160309\/chavezpuertos.jpg\" alt=\" \" title=\"CHAVEZ MANDA TOMAR DOS PUERTOS\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" \/><\/div>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">La Asamblea Nacional (parlamento unicameral) aprob&oacute; la semana pasada una reforma a la Ley de Descentralizaci&oacute;n, que transfiere la administraci&oacute;n de puertos, aeropuertos y carreteras de los gobiernos regionales a la administraci&oacute;n central<\/p>\n<p>Haciendo uso de poder, Ch&aacute;vez, advirti&oacute; en esta semana al gobernador de Carabobo, Henrique Salas Feo y al alcalde de Maracaibo, Manuel Rosales, que de hacer caso omiso de las medidas tomadas por &eacute;l, (Ch&aacute;vez), Ir&aacute;n a prisi&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>Salas Feo y Rosales son dos de los principales opositores al r&eacute;gimen Chavista, y esta semana se har&aacute; la protesta de gobernadores contrarios a Ch&aacute;vez no se hizo esperar, argumentaron que la reforma les cercena sus competencias y deja a las gobernaciones sin la administraci&oacute;n de servicios claves.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Ch&aacute;vez explic&oacute; que el prop&oacute;sito fundamental de la medida, especialmente en el caso de los puertos y los aeropuertos, es &quot;quit&aacute;rselos a las mafias que se adue&ntilde;aron de ellos bajo el amparo de gobiernos regionales y locales&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Seg&uacute;n Ch&aacute;vez, la militarizaci&oacute;n de las terminales mar&iacute;timas incluir&aacute;
