Quien otorga el poder revoca el poder\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ferrero Costa agreg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que lo normal en estos casos es que el otorgante sea quien le retire el poder. Muchas veces en la pr\u00e1ctica lo que ocurre es lo que\u00a0 ha sucedido en este caso; el apoderado pasa a ejercer un cargo importante como la de Juez de la Corte Suprema, y se supone que el otorgante revocar\u00eda el poder ante un hecho como este.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, manifest\u00f3 que la relaci\u00f3n abogado-cliente no crea
