{"id":25145,"date":"2012-04-09T13:45:40","date_gmt":"2012-04-09T13:45:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2012\/04\/09\/gobierno-oficializo-eliminacion-progresiva-del-regimen-cas\/"},"modified":"2012-04-09T13:45:40","modified_gmt":"2012-04-09T13:45:40","slug":"gobierno-oficializo-eliminacion-progresiva-del-regimen-cas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/politica\/gobierno-oficializo-eliminacion-progresiva-del-regimen-cas\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno oficializ\u00f3 eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva del r\u00e9gimen CAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias)<\/strong> El Gobierno oficializ\u00f3 la ley aprobada por el Congreso que establece la eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva del r\u00e9gimen especial de Contrataci\u00f3n Administrativa de Servicios (CAS) a partir del a\u00f1o 2013, la misma que otorga derechos laborales a los trabajadores de ese sistema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La norma, publicada hoy en \u00abEl Peruano\u00bb, se\u00f1ala que la derogaci\u00f3n del Decreto Legislativo 1057, que regula el r\u00e9gimen CAS, se producir\u00e1 de forma gradual con la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo R\u00e9gimen del Servicio Civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, en las leyes anuales de presupuesto del sector p\u00fablico se establecer\u00e1n los porcentajes de ingreso para el nuevo r\u00e9gimen de servicio civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ley otorga derechos laborales a los trabajadores del CAS como el aguinaldo por Fiestas Patrias y Navidad, el derecho a un periodo vacacional de treinta d\u00edas y a la libertad sindical.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, a percibir una remuneraci\u00f3n no menor a la m\u00ednima legal, laborar en una jornada m\u00e1xima de ocho horas diarias y cuarenta y ocho semanales, un descanso semanal de 24 horas consecutivas como m\u00ednimo, licencia con goce de haber por maternidad y paternidad, entre otros derechos.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/12\/04\/090412\/cas1.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"cas\" title=\"cas\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Aeronoticias) El Gobierno oficializ\u00f3 la ley aprobada por el Congreso que establece la eliminaci\u00f3n progresiva del r\u00e9gimen especial de Contrataci\u00f3n Administrativa de Servicios (CAS) a partir del a\u00f1o 2013, la misma que otorga derechos laborales a los trabajadores de ese sistema.
