{"id":27804,"date":"2012-06-20T14:16:53","date_gmt":"2012-06-20T14:16:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2012\/06\/20\/restaurantes-y-hoteles-crecen-gracias-a-eventos-gastronomicos\/"},"modified":"2012-06-20T14:16:53","modified_gmt":"2012-06-20T14:16:53","slug":"restaurantes-y-hoteles-crecen-gracias-a-eventos-gastronomicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/turismo\/gastronomia\/restaurantes-y-hoteles-crecen-gracias-a-eventos-gastronomicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Restaurantes y Hoteles crecen gracias a eventos gastron\u00f3micos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias).-<\/strong> Las festividades realizadas en el sur del pa\u00eds y las ferias gastron\u00f3micas en diversas ciudades del pa\u00eds incidieron en el crecimiento del sector Restaurantes y Hoteles en 9.94 por ciento durante abril del presente a\u00f1o, inform\u00f3 el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica e Inform\u00e1tica (INEI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que este resultado se sustent\u00f3 en el incremento de las actividades de restaurantes (10.17 por ciento) y Hoteles (8.17 por ciento), este \u00faltimo influenciado por el aumento del servicio de hospedaje de turista nacionales y extranjeros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre las festividades que concitaron mayor participaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n en abril est\u00e1n la conmemoraci\u00f3n de Semana Santa, aniversario de Huancavelica y Huamanga, aniversario de la provincia constitucional del Callao, Semana Cultural y Tur\u00edstica de Caravel\u00ed y Fiesta de la Virgen de Chapi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las actividades gastron\u00f3micas que destacaron son la Feria Gastron\u00f3mica Mixtura Wanka 2012 en Huancayo (Jun\u00edn), el Festival Gastron\u00f3mico Cusco Come \u2013 Qosqo Mijuy (Cusco), la Feria Gastron\u00f3mica de Lachay (Huaura &#8211; Lima) y la I Feria Gastron\u00f3mica y Artesanal de Mala (Ca\u00f1ete &#8211; Lima).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, los mejores bartenders de Am\u00e9rica llegaron a Per\u00fa para el XVI Panamericano de Cocteler\u00eda y Flair (cocteler\u00eda acrob\u00e1tica), desarrollada en Arequipa con el fin de promover el turismo y el consumo de la bebida bandera de Per\u00fa, el pisco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que en junio se desarrollar\u00e1n festividades como el Inti Raymi (Cusco), San Juan en los departamentos de la selva, San Juan Bautista en las ciudades de Cutervo y Chota (Cajamarca), D\u00eda del Campesino y San Pedro y San Pablo (patrono de los pescadores), entre otras, las cuales incidir\u00edan en el crecimiento de este sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de estas efem\u00e9rides en abril, la actividad de restaurantes en todo el pa\u00eds registr\u00f3 un buen desempe\u00f1o, principalmente en los negocios de pollos a la brasa, concesionarios de alimentos, restaurantes propiamente dichos, comidas r\u00e1pidas, chifas, fuentes de soda y cafeter\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n destacaron las cevicher\u00edas, restaurantes tur\u00edsticos, dulcer\u00edas, pizzer\u00edas y bar restaurantes, establecimientos que se vieron favorecidos por esas conmemoraciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual modo, los establecimientos de pollos a la brasa incrementaron sus ventas debido a la apertura de nuevos locales, mayor publicidad, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los establecimientos de comida r\u00e1pida basaron su actividad en ampliaci\u00f3n y remodelaci\u00f3n de locales en Lima y provincias, a lo cual se sum\u00f3 el ofrecimiento de men\u00fas, postres y bebidas, ofertas y promociones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La publicidad estuvo dirigida a los segmentos de j\u00f3venes y ni\u00f1os, el mayor uso del servicio de delivery, as\u00ed como el mejoramiento del servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, los chifas evolucionaron favorablemente por el mejor servicio brindando, presentaci\u00f3n de variedad de platos y presupuesto accesible al consumidor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, las fuentes de soda y cafeter\u00edas crecieron por apertura de nuevos locales, aunada a una mejor atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(FIN) JPC\/JPC<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agencia Andina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/12\/06\/200612\/hoteles_restaurantes_ferias_gastronomicas_peru.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Restaurantes y Hoteles crecen gracias a eventos gastron\u00f3micos\" title=\"Restaurantes y Hoteles crecen gracias a eventos gastron\u00f3micos\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Aeronoticias).- Las festividades realizadas en el sur del pa\u00eds y las ferias gastron\u00f3micas en diversas ciudades del pa\u00eds incidieron en el crecimiento del sector Restaurantes y Hoteles en 9.94 por ciento durante abril del presente a\u00f1o, inform\u00f3 el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica e Inform\u00e1tica (INEI).
