Transportes del Congreso de la Rep&uacute;blica del Per&uacute;, pidi&oacute; al titular del sector Enrique Cornejo que le informe el monto que ha recibido el Estado de Lima Airport Partners desde el 14 de febrero del 2001 hasta la fecha.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aeronoticias.com.pe\/fotonoticias\/0109\/05\/190509\/svilca.jpg\" alt=\" \" title=\"CONGRESO INVESTIGA INVERSION DE FONDOS DEL CONTRATO DE CONCESION DEL AEROPUERTO\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Asimismo, se habr&iacute;a precisado al MTC que detalle en que se han invertido estos fondos y las razones jur&iacute;dicas y t&eacute;cnicas de la Addenda 3 al Contrato de Concesi&oacute;n del Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch&aacute;vez que le priva de los recursos y de la autonom&iacute;a de CORPAC para hacer las inversiones en nuestro Primer Terminal A&eacute;reo.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de CORPAC, 2002-2003&nbsp;habr&iacute;a dejado el cargo entre otras cosas por oponerse a esta Addenda que le privaba a esta empresa del Estado de la autonom&iacute;a econ&oacute;mica financiera, que requer&iacute;a para cumplir con los compromisos asumidos por el Estado en virtud del convenio sobre aviaci&oacute;n civil internacional.<\/p>\n<p>En las dem&aacute;s gestiones de CORPAC a partir de esa fecha ning&uacute;n presidente se la jug&oacute; frente al MTC por esta Addenda ilegal y anticonstitucional, los resultados est&aacute;n a la vista, 6 a&ntilde;os despu&eacute;s ni siquiera se implement&oacute; un ILS categor&iacute;a 3, dejando durante d&iacute;as un aeropuerto en tinieblas, con vuelos cancelados y p&eacute;rdidas millonarias para el sector del turismo y del transporte
