El aval era imprescindible para que el Gobierno  valenciano iniciara la negociaci\u00f3n para la compraventa del aeropuerto.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan ha asegurado el presidente de Aerocas,\u00a0 Carlos Fabra que defiende tenazmente la supuesta viabilidad de la oferta, el proyecto consist\u00eda en una inversi\u00f3n de casi 200 millones de euros, de los cuales\u00a0 87,5 millones iban a ser destinados a la compra de la infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde la Consejer\u00eda de Econom\u00eda, de la que depende el aeropuerto de  Castell\u00f3n, han asegurado este lunes que el aval no ha llegado y que la  relaci\u00f3n con el grupo se ha cerrado. \u201cHab\u00eda una fecha y no se ha  cumplido, as\u00ed que se da por cerrada la exclusividad de la oferta y a  partir de ahora estamos abiertos a negociar cualquier otra\u201d, han  asegurado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La semana pasada, el presidente de la Generalitat, Alberto Fabra,  anunciaba en Castell\u00f3n que si esta oferta no se concretaba,la Generalitat optar\u00eda a gestionar el aeropuerto<a href=\"http:\/\/ccaa.elpais.com\/ccaa\/2013\/03\/06\/valencia\/1362594906_600269.html\"> <\/a> para no prolongar m\u00e1s su puesta en marcha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de Aerocas,\u00a0 insisti\u00f3: \u201cCreo que si viene  el martes o el mi\u00e9rcoles una garant\u00eda bancaria por 250 millones de  d\u00f3lares o por el importe del aeropuerto, seguro que ni la Generalitat ni  Aerocas diremos que no\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/13\/03\/100313\/aeropuertocastelln2.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"castell\u00f3n\" title=\"castell\u00f3n\" \/><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Aeronoticias).-Una vez m\u00e1s, no ha presentado la garant\u00eda en el plazo estipulado, el supuesto grupo inversor hispanolibio interesado en comprar el aeropuerto de Castell\u00f3n ha agotado la tercera pr\u00f3rroga para hacer efectivo el aval que garantizara su solvencia econ\u00f3mica para el proyecto de adquisici\u00f3n.
