\/><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A este efecto se est\u00e1 exigiendo a Telef\u00f3nica que abra su red de fibra-\u00f3ptica a los competidores al tiempo que se ha ordenado tambi\u00e9n a todas las firmas de telecomunicaciones que operan en Espa\u00f1a que recorten las tarifas que cobran a sus competidores para conectar las llamadas, una importante fuente de ingresos para Telef\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Todo esto tiene que ver con un delicado juicio contra el presidente de Telef\u00f3nica, C\u00e9sar Alierta, por el presunto delito de operaciones burs\u00e1tiles basadas en informaci\u00f3n privilegiada de esta empresa que tiene grandes inversiones en pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina, incluyendo el
