{"id":36750,"date":"2013-05-07T15:37:24","date_gmt":"2013-05-07T15:37:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2013\/05\/07\/crearan-escuela-para-jovenes-que-trabajan-en-hoteles-y-restaurantes\/"},"modified":"2013-05-07T15:37:24","modified_gmt":"2013-05-07T15:37:24","slug":"crearan-escuela-para-jovenes-que-trabajan-en-hoteles-y-restaurantes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/turismo\/hoteleria\/crearan-escuela-para-jovenes-que-trabajan-en-hoteles-y-restaurantes\/","title":{"rendered":"Crear\u00e1n escuela para j\u00f3venes que trabajan en hoteles y restaurantes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias).-<\/strong> El Municipio de Miraflores lanzar\u00e1 este martes 7 de mayo el programa \u201cMirAprende, Escuela de Oficios Municipal\u201d, dirigido a j\u00f3venes que trabajan en hoteles y restaurantes ubicados en el distrito, inform\u00f3 su alcalde, Jorge Mu\u00f1oz Wells.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indic\u00f3 que esta iniciativa contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos en administraci\u00f3n y \u00a0gastronom\u00eda de hoteles y restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El burgomaestre explic\u00f3 que \u201cMirAprende\u201d tiene como objetivo que el personal que presta servicios como mozos, meseras, ayudantes de cocina, panaderos, baristas (especialistas en caf\u00e9), almaceneros y cajeros, entre otros, alcancen una alta especializaci\u00f3n en su rubro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, propone crear una bolsa municipal de trabajo con los alumnos m\u00e1s destacados.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que en el programa participan el reconocido cocinero y empresario gastron\u00f3mico Gast\u00f3n Acurio; Alina San Rom\u00e1n, especialista en panader\u00eda y pasteler\u00eda; y Oscar Melero, en representaci\u00f3n de empresas dedicadas al software para hoteles y restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igualmente se cuenta con Eduardo Le\u00f3n, experto en capacitaci\u00f3n de mozos y meseros; Fernando Or\u00e9 Lund, con experiencia de m\u00e1s de 16 a\u00f1os; Juan Jos\u00e9 Bozzo, ganador del concurso al mejor caf\u00e9 .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apoyan la iniciativa los renombrados chefs: Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, Arturo Rubio y Rafael Osterling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cGracias a la alianza estrat\u00e9gica entre la Municipalidad y los empresarios, los talleres de MirAprende ser\u00e1n ofrecidos a precios al alcance y tendr\u00e1n como sede el Centro Comunal de Santa Cruz, as\u00ed como algunos locales de las empresas participantes\u201d, destac\u00f3 la autoridad edil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Detall\u00f3 que la duraci\u00f3n de cada m\u00f3dulo ser\u00e1 de 2 a 3 meses y el programa empezar\u00e1 a inicios de junio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mayores informes en la Gerencia de Desarrollo Humano, ubicada en calle Mariano Melgar N\u00b0 247, 3er piso (altura cuadra 10 y 11 de Av.
