(Aeronoticias) <\/strong>Por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, el restaurante Central, de Virgilio Mart\u00ednez y su pareja P\u00eda Le\u00f3n,l obtuvo el m\u00e1ximo galard\u00f3n en los \u00abPremios Summum 2013\u00bb. El restaurante ful fue reconocido como el mejor restaurante a nivel nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos s\u00faper agradecidos con toda la gente que nos apoya en los momentos dif\u00edciles y en los buenos momentos. Es un gran momento para Central, los reconocimientos son buenos pero hay que seguir trabajando\u201d, expres\u00f3 Virgilio a elcomercio.pe.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos recontra felices porque no es solo un trabajo de dos, sino porque es un trabajo de un mont\u00f3n de gente que est\u00e1 con nosotros\u201d, agreg\u00f3 P\u00eda, jefa de cocina de Central.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, Virgilio Mart\u00ednez asegur\u00f3 que actualmente, junto a P\u00eda, est\u00e1n explorando el Per\u00fa para \u201cconocer mejor el pa\u00eds\u201d y el origen de nuestra comida. \u201cVale la pena mencionar que lo que se viene en Central es bastante bueno como experiencia gastron\u00f3mica\u201c, seg\u00fan indica elcomercio.pe<\/span><\/p>\n

Sin embargo, reiter\u00f3 que su intenci\u00f3n es seguir trabajando en Central y en Lima, local que abrieron en Londres y que se ha convertido en un restaurante bandera de la cocina peruana. \u201cEstamos volviendo atr\u00e1s para conocer el pa\u00eds, explorando el Per\u00fa para alimentar la propuesta de Central y de Lima Londres\u201d.<\/p>\n
