{"id":3929,"date":"2009-07-27T15:37:51","date_gmt":"2009-07-27T15:37:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2009\/07\/27\/exportadores-esperan-medidas-agilicen-el-plan-de-estimulo-economico\/"},"modified":"2009-07-27T15:37:51","modified_gmt":"2009-07-27T15:37:51","slug":"exportadores-esperan-medidas-agilicen-el-plan-de-estimulo-economico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/economia\/exportadores-esperan-medidas-agilicen-el-plan-de-estimulo-economico\/","title":{"rendered":"EXPORTADORES ESPERAN MEDIDAS QUE AGILICEN EL PLAN DE EST\u00cdMULO ECON\u00d3MICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">Con motivo del discurso por Fiestas Patrias, el presidente Alan Garc\u00eda tiene la oportunidad de anunciar medidas que permitan una mejor distribuci\u00f3n de la riqueza, garantizando as\u00ed un ambiente de paz social en el que las inversiones sigan fluyendo, opin\u00f3 el presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Exportadores (ADEX), Jos\u00e9 Luis Silva Martinot. <\/p>\n<p>Silva Martinot manifest\u00f3 que los anuncios, que complementar\u00edan y agilizar\u00edan el Plan de Est\u00edmulo Econ\u00f3mico lanzado hace algunos meses por el gobierno, permitir\u00e1n poner dinero en la mano de los peruanos para que puedan consumir productos, generando as\u00ed m\u00e1s puestos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/07\/270709\/export.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"exportadores\" title=\"exportadores\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Plante\u00f3 asimismo estructurar programas de gastos que garanticen un impacto econ\u00f3mico mayor, entre los cuales debe estar el aumento de los presupuestos de las OPDs relacionadas con el comercio exterior. \u201cEl gobierno debe ver esos gastos como una inversi\u00f3n cuyo retorno ser\u00e1 en generaci\u00f3n de empleos y recuperaci\u00f3n de la actividad productiva.\u00a0 Actualmente, y por falta de recursos se han trabado actividades en SENASA, DIGESA y el ITP\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El incremento de la base tributaria es otro tema pendiente desde hace muchos a\u00f1os. La formalizaci\u00f3n de un mayor n\u00famero de empresas ayudar\u00e1 a evitar la alta concentraci\u00f3n existente hasta hoy en d\u00eda.\u00a0 En el 2007, s\u00f3lo el 1.3 por ciento\u00a0del total de los contribuyentes explic\u00f3 el 88 por ciento\u00a0de los tributos.
