Seg\u00fan las normas del Ministerio de salud (Minsa), los establecimientos de salud, deben presentar un expediente t\u00e9cnico para la implementaci\u00f3n de este centro al Pronahebas\u00bb, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que hay deficiencias para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los expedientes t\u00e9cnicos y pesar de las capacitaciones y visitas son pocos los extablecimientos que est\u00e1n gestionando este implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en la actualidad, los m\u00e9dicos deben elaborar el acta m\u00e9dica para realizar las transfunciones de sangre, asumiendo la responsabilidad de que ocurra alguna emergencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, precis\u00f3 que la aprobaci\u00f3n para la implementaci\u00f3n del centro de hemoterapia &#8216;toma su tiempo&#8217; debido a los requisitos que estipula el pronahebas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abTenemos la informaci\u00f3n que el hospital de apoyo de Huanta ha presentado este expediente hace alg\u00fan tiempo, sin embargo no todav\u00eda no hay respuesta\u00bb, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente indic\u00f3 que es muy importante que los hospitales cuenten con un banco de sangre en su establecimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con informaci\u00f3n de <strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Jornada<\/span><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/14\/01\/050114\/san.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Aeronoticias).- El coordinador regional del Programa Nacional de Hemoterapia y Bancos de Sangre (Pronahebas), Fredy Or\u00e9 Malmaceda, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en la regi\u00f3n solo existen tres hospitales que cuentan con un banco de sangre. \u00abHay hospitales de apoyo en la regi\u00f3n que todav\u00eda no cuentan con un centro de hemoterapia o banco de sangre.
