{"id":44780,"date":"2014-04-01T21:54:03","date_gmt":"2014-04-01T21:54:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2014\/04\/01\/poder-judicial-felicita-a-la-corte-del-callao-por-exitoso-programa-justicia-en-tu-comunidad\/"},"modified":"2014-04-01T21:54:03","modified_gmt":"2014-04-01T21:54:03","slug":"poder-judicial-felicita-a-la-corte-del-callao-por-exitoso-programa-justicia-en-tu-comunidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/nacionales\/poder-judicial-felicita-a-la-corte-del-callao-por-exitoso-programa-justicia-en-tu-comunidad\/","title":{"rendered":"PODER JUDICIAL FELICITA A LA CORTE DEL CALLAO POR EXITOSO PROGRAMA JUSTICIA EN TU COMUNIDAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/14\/04\/020414\/a22.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias).-<\/strong> <em>En la b\u00fasqueda de la prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia en el hogar y delincuencia juvenil<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Consejo Ejecutivo del Poder Judicial, presidido por el doctor Enrique Mendoza Ram\u00edrez, felicit\u00f3 al presidente de la Corte Superior de Justicia del Callao, C\u00e9sar Casta\u00f1eda Serrano y a la responsable del programa \u201cJusticia en tu Comunidad\u201d, Ruth Benavides Vargas por haber ejecutado con \u00e9xito dicho programa de proyecci\u00f3n social en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao en el a\u00f1o 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho reconocimiento se dio mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n Administrativa N\u00b0 049-2014-CE-PJ, la cual se\u00f1ala que dicho programa benefici\u00f3 en todo el Per\u00fa a m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de personas, a trav\u00e9s de charlas informativas y educativas de prevenci\u00f3n. Asimismo, hace de conocimiento que 913 jueces voluntarios se desplazaron a espacios comunales para compartir con la ciudadan\u00eda su conocimiento legal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso del Callao, los magistrados, auxiliares jurisdiccionales y administrativos realizan labor preventiva en los colegios de todos los distritos, as\u00ed como con organizaciones de la sociedad civil, a quienes se les brinda informaci\u00f3n sobre las implicancias que conlleva la violencia familiar, bullying, pandillaje pernicioso, los delitos contra el patrimonio, tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de drogas en menores, como una forma de evitar la delincuencia en esta regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Corte Superior del Callao, C\u00e9sar Casta\u00f1eda Serrano, agradeci\u00f3 dicho reconocimiento y se comprometi\u00f3 con la ciudadan\u00eda a seguir apoyando el programa \u201cJusticia en tu Comunidad\u201d para coadyuvar a vivir en una sociedad de paz, sin violencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 el trabajo permanente y vocaci\u00f3n de servicio de la juez superior Rosa Ruth Benavides Vargas, presidenta de este programa en el Distrito Judicial chalaco, as\u00ed como de los magistrados y personal que apoyan este programa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
