Han sido dise\u00f1ados para el uso fijo del edificio y su velocidad alcanzar\u00e1 los 1.200 metros por minuto (72 km\/h), informa la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan wired.co.uk, entre las innovaciones el ascensor ultrarr\u00e1pido contar\u00e1 con una que activa los frenos cuando el sistema detecta una velocidad excesiva. Adem\u00e1s se usar\u00e1 una tecnolog\u00eda que controla la presi\u00f3n del aire para prevenir vibraciones laterales y la congesti\u00f3n de los o\u00eddos de los pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los creadores indican que para hacer el viaje de los pasajeros m\u00e1s confortable y seguro en alta velocidad usar\u00e1n materiales resistentes al calor y funcionalidades para evitar balanceos y mareos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda japonesa instalar\u00e1 en total 95 ascensores en CTF, pero solo dos ser\u00e1n ultrarr\u00e1pidos.
