(Aeronoticias) <\/strong>Los restaurantes peruanos Astrid & Gast\u00f3n y Central fueron elegidos entre los 50 mejores del mundo en la premiaci\u00f3n anual que organiza la revista inglesa \u00abRestaurant\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

El restaurante de Gast\u00f3n Acurio pas\u00f3 del puesto 14 al puesto 18, mientras que el de Virgilio Mart\u00ednez registr\u00f3 un ascenso sorprendente al pasar del puesto 50 al puesto 15.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abEn Lima Per\u00fa est\u00e1 Astrid & Gast\u00f3n. Su ambici\u00f3n nos embarca en un viaje a trav\u00e9s de los cinco paisajes del pa\u00eds: el oc\u00e9ano pac\u00edfico, el desierto, los andes, el altiplano y el amazonas\u00bb, se dijo al anunciar la ubicaci\u00f3n del restaurant en el r\u00e1nking.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abEste es el m\u00e1s grande ascenso del a\u00f1o: exactamente 35 ubicaciones\u00bb, se dijo para anunciar a \u00abCentral\u00bb, cuyo chef principal. Virgilio Mart\u00ednez, y cuya sub chef, P\u00eda Le\u00f3n, acudieron a recoger el galard\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n
