border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias).- La Ley Servir empezar\u00e1 su implementaci\u00f3n en el segundo semestre del presente a\u00f1o, inform\u00f3 el ministro de Econom\u00eda, Luis Miguel Castilla.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <!--more-->  Indic\u00f3 que en esta norma se fortalece la protecci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de los funcionarios, para que tomen decisiones adecuadas, y no exista el temor de que puede ser denunciados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero adem\u00e1s, refiri\u00f3 anoche que esto guarda un correlato con la Ley de compras estatales, para que los funcionarios que igualmente tomen decisiones en beneficio del Estado peruano, tampoco sean pasibles de denuncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CTS<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De otro lado, el ministro Castilla estim\u00f3 que la libre disponibilidad temporal de una parte de los fondos de la CTS de los trabajadores, decretada recientemente por el Gobierno, permitir\u00e1 movilizar en la econom\u00eda unos 3 mil millones de soles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anot\u00f3 que este monto, sumado a los 6 mil millones de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, hace un total de 9 mil millones que ser\u00e1n inyectados en la reactivaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Castilla, en declaraciones a Canal N, precis\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la disponibilidad del excedente de la CTS no distorsiona su fin protector frente al despido, porque el trabajador mantiene cuatro sueldos como m\u00ednimo para esa eventualidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fuente:
