est\u00e1 arrendando una hist\u00f3rica base a\u00e9rea en California para proyectos de exploraci\u00f3n espacial, aviaci\u00f3n y rob\u00f3tica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una subsidiaria del gigante de b\u00fasquedas en internet pagar\u00e1 US$ 1,160 millones de renta a lo largo de 60 a\u00f1os por la propiedad de 400 hect\u00e1reas (1,000 acres), inform\u00f3 la NASA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las instalaciones forman parte del Moffett Field, una antigua base de la Armada en el \u00e1rea de la Bah\u00eda de San Francisco en la que tambi\u00e9n se encuentra el Centro Ames de Investigaci\u00f3n de la agencia espacial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google administrar\u00e1 la propiedad, un sitio hist\u00f3rico local, que incluye una pista de aterrizaje en buen estado, un campo de golf privado y un hangar enorme construido para albergar aeronaves de la Armada al estilo de los dirigibles en la d\u00e9cada de 1930.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda de internet tiene pensado remozar tres hangares en la propiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La NASA indic\u00f3 que el acuerdo le permitir\u00e1 dejar de gastar US$ 6.3 millones anuales en costos de mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
