Ejecutores creados por el vigente r\u00e9gimen peruano Ambas organizaciones tienen como misi\u00f3n trabajar fundamentalmente en barrios populares, en base a mandos vecinales que colaboran con sus respectivos gobiernos en proyectos de desarrollo para beneficiar a los pobladores en cuestiones de salud, vivienda y alimentaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n de locales adecuados.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto los consejos comunales venezolanos como los n\u00facleos ejecutores peruanos tienen como com\u00fan denominador elaborar proyectos, que una vez aprobados por el Estado, reciben los dineros necesarios para realizar las obras requeridas, correspondiendo a los pobladores ejecutarlas inmediatamente.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/09\/140909\/comunales.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"CONSEJOS COMUNALES VENEZOLANOS \" title=\"CONSEJOS COMUNALES VENEZOLANOS \" \/><\/div>\n<p>En el caso venezolano, fueron aprobados hasta fines del a\u00f1o pasado un total de mil 728 proyectos, significando un desembolso para su gobierno de mil 887 millones de d\u00f3lares que, gracias a los ingresos que por concepto de venta del petr\u00f3leo obtiene el pa\u00eds caribe\u00f1o, garantiza la realizaci\u00f3n de las obras presupuestadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En Venezuela existen los
