Ramos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">  <!--more-->  El presidente del Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM) Pablo Talavera aclar\u00f3 que la reuni\u00f3n que sostuvo recientemente con el ministro de Justicia Daniel Figallo fue para dialogar sobre temas correspondientes a su participaci\u00f3n en la Comisi\u00f3n de Alto Nivel Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Refiri\u00f3 que la cita de trabajo se dio a pedido del representante del Poder Ejecutivo y en ella nunca se habl\u00f3 de perjudicar o de direccionar alg\u00fan proceso, espec\u00edficamente el referido al ahora exfiscal de la Naci\u00f3n Carlos Ramos Heredia<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En declaraciones a la prensa, Talavera indic\u00f3 que este encuentro \u201cest\u00e1 debidamente registrado\u201d, tanto en la p\u00e1gina web de la instituci\u00f3n a su cargo, como en el registro de visitas de ella.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo es la primera vez que nos visita el ministro de Justicia, el Fiscal de la Naci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n nos ha visitado\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 Talavera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello rechaz\u00f3 las insinuaciones hechas respecto a supuestas injerencias de Figallo a favor de la suspensi\u00f3n a Ramos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas \u2013dijo Talavera- \u201chan pretendido llevar el tema a la tribuna pol\u00edtica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su juicio, tales insinuaciones \u201csolo quieren hacerle el juego a quienes quieren que no se investiguen estos casos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Talavera dijo estar enterado que Ramos presentar\u00e1 un recurso de apelaci\u00f3n ante la suspensi\u00f3n de seis meses aplicada por el CNM y en tal sentido, garantiz\u00f3 que los miembros del colegiado a su cargo lo recibir\u00e1n respetando \u201cel debido proceso y la presunci\u00f3n de inocencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El titular del CNM formul\u00f3 estas declaraciones a su salida de Palacio de Justicia, a donde acudi\u00f3 para participar de la ceremonia de inicio del A\u00f1o
