{"id":51363,"date":"2015-01-28T16:32:34","date_gmt":"2015-01-28T16:32:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2015\/01\/28\/colegio-de-abogados-de-lima-realizo-en-1998-diplomado-en-derecho-aereo\/"},"modified":"2020-09-11T16:04:11","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T16:04:11","slug":"colegio-de-abogados-de-lima-realizo-en-1998-diplomado-en-derecho-aereo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/institucionales\/colegio-de-abogados-de-lima-realizo-en-1998-diplomado-en-derecho-aereo\/","title":{"rendered":"Colegio de Abogados de Lima realiz\u00f3 en 1998 Diplomado en Derecho A\u00e9reo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/15\/01\/270115\/pri4.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias)<\/strong> El Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lima (CAL), bajo la gesti\u00f3n del ex Decano Vladimir Paz de la Barra en 1998 organiz\u00f3 un importante Diplomado en Derecho A\u00e9reo del que egresaron abogados (VER FOTOS), miembros del CAL, magistrados del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este Diplomado del CAL, tuvo la duraci\u00f3n de 6 meses con m\u00e1s de 100 horas lectivas, el profesor principal fue el abogado Juli\u00e1n Palacin Fern\u00e1ndez, entonces Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derecho Aeron\u00e1utico del Espacio y de la Aviaci\u00f3n Comercial del CAL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante 6 meses en el auditorio Jos\u00e9 Le\u00f3n Bariandaran de la sede del CAL en Miraflores, el profesor Palacin trat\u00f3 los cap\u00edtulos del Derecho A\u00e9reo en general, la condici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del espacio a\u00e9reo, violaci\u00f3n del espacio a\u00e9reo e interceptaci\u00f3n de aeronaves, la organizaci\u00f3n de la aviaci\u00f3n civil internacional, facilitaci\u00f3n y seguridad, la Ley de Aeron\u00e1utica Civil del Per\u00fa, pol\u00edtica a\u00e9rea, infraestructura aeroportuaria, contrato de utilizaci\u00f3n de aeronaves, contrato de transporte a\u00e9reo, responsabilidad aerona\u00fatica e investigaci\u00f3n de accidentes de aviaci\u00f3n, entre otros temas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se cumplen 16 a\u00f1os desde que egres\u00f3 esta promoci\u00f3n y se espera que en el 2016, ya con una nueva Directiva en el Colegio de Abogados de Lima se lleve a cabo un nuevo Diplomado en beneficio del gremio.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/15\/01\/270115\/pri3.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>{jathumbnail off images=\u00bbimages\/stories\/15\/01\/270115\/pri4.jpg,images\/stories\/15\/01\/270115\/pri3.jpg\u00bb}<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Aeronoticias) El Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Lima (CAL), bajo la gesti\u00f3n del ex Decano Vladimir Paz de la Barra en 1998 organiz\u00f3 un importante Diplomado en Derecho A\u00e9reo del que egresaron abogados (VER FOTOS), miembros del CAL, magistrados del Poder Judicial y del Ministerio P\u00fablico.
