Las dos delegaciones acordaron once puntos de una \u00abhoja de ruta\u00bb con ese prop\u00f3sito, seg\u00fan report\u00f3 la agencia espa\u00f1ola privada Europa Press. <\/p>\n<p>Para acelerar el proceso, los dos ministros se reunieron con el secretario general de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA), el chileno Jos\u00e9 Miguel Insulza, a quien pidieron que colaborara.
