{"id":5482,"date":"2009-09-28T14:37:43","date_gmt":"2009-09-28T14:37:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2009\/09\/28\/cebiche-de-tramboyo-es-elegido-como-el-mejor-de-la-feria-mistura-2009\/"},"modified":"2009-09-28T14:37:43","modified_gmt":"2009-09-28T14:37:43","slug":"cebiche-de-tramboyo-es-elegido-como-el-mejor-de-la-feria-mistura-2009","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/turismo\/13\/cebiche-de-tramboyo-es-elegido-como-el-mejor-de-la-feria-mistura-2009\/","title":{"rendered":"CEBICHE DE TRAMBOYO ES ELEGIDO COMO EL MEJOR DE LA FERIA MISTURA 2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">En la II Feria Gastron\u00f3mica Internacional de Lima, \u201cMistura 2009&#8243;, en su \u00faltimo d\u00eda obtuvo el primer lugar el cebiche de tramboyo en el concurso del \u201cmejor cebiche del Per\u00fa\u201d,\u00a0 elaborado con un pescado reci\u00e9n salido del mar.<\/p>\n<p>El ganador Javier Ar\u00e9valo Arias del restaurante \u201cLos II Piratas\u201d de San Juan de Miraflores, fue elegido para el primer puesto por unanimidad por un jurado compuesto por los chefs, Gast\u00f3n Acurio, Toshiro Konishi, Sonia Bahamonte y Teresa Izquierdo.<\/p><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/09\/280909\/mistura.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"CEBICHE DE TRAMBOYO ES ELEGIDO COMO EL MEJOR DE LA FERIA MISTURA 2009\" title=\"CEBICHE DE TRAMBOYO ES ELEGIDO COMO EL MEJOR DE LA FERIA MISTURA 2009\" width=\"400\" height=\"290\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Seg\u00fan se\u00f1ala el diario \u201cEl Comercio\u201d Ar\u00e9valo compiti\u00f3 con conocidos restaurantes de Lima y manifest\u00f3, \u201cpescado fresco, sal, lim\u00f3n, su punto de aj\u00ed, cebolla y amor por la cocina fueron los ingredientes para elaborar el cebiche de tramboyo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Gast\u00f3n Acurio indic\u00f3 que no era usual preparar un cebiche con este pescado de pe\u00f1a pero en el caso del plato preparado por Ar\u00e9valo, hab\u00eda salido sabroso. \u201cLo importante de un ceviche es que el pescado sea fresco\u201d apunt\u00f3 el reconocido cocinero y promotor de la feria gastron\u00f3mica que congreg\u00f3 a miles de peruanos en estos cuatro d\u00edas de actividades.<\/p>\n<p>La bioferia y el mercado de productos nativos atrajo tambi\u00e9n o a miles de personas que compraban productos org\u00e1nicos, libres de elementos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s llego hasta esta secci\u00f3n el alcalde de Lima, Luis Casta\u00f1eda Lossio quien felicit\u00f3 a Gast\u00f3n Acurio por el desarrollo de la feria y por invitar a participar a los productores nacionales que vinieron de la costa, sierra y selva a ofrecer sus productos.<\/p>\n<p>En total se habilitaron 100,000 m2 para la Feria que tuvo un patio de comidas con 35 restaurantes que ofrecieron sus mejores platos que costaron entre 6 a 12 soles.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la II Feria Gastron\u00f3mica Internacional de Lima, \u201cMistura 2009&#8243;, en su \u00faltimo d\u00eda obtuvo el primer lugar el cebiche de tramboyo en el concurso del \u201cmejor cebiche del Per\u00fa\u201d,\u00a0 elaborado con un pescado reci\u00e9n salido del mar.
