Se pueden predecir, aunque nunca de manera exacta en cuanto al momento en que se producir\u00e1n y su intensidad. En especial, el impacto de un rayo, algo que ocurre rara vez aunque no es imposible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">Los aviones actuales est\u00e1n fabricados de manera que el impacto de un rayo no provoque un accidente fatal, aunque existen formas de evitar el encuentro con ellos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">El capit\u00e1n Steven Draper, portavoz de Balpa, aclara que los pilotos est\u00e1n preparados para actuar ante una fuerte tormenta el\u00e9ctrica y, adem\u00e1s, el uso de radar hace que puedan evitar las peores \u00e1reas de estas si llega el caso. \u201cEn la mayor\u00eda de ocasiones, el da\u00f1o es m\u00ednimo o inexistente.
