Mart\u00ednez dijo que el cuarto puesto era el premio a la propuesta peruana y a la riqueza y diversidad de nuestra gastronom\u00eda e indic\u00f3 que la diversidad impresionante de sabores y productos que tiene el Per\u00fa requiere a\u00fan de m\u00e1s apoyo y sobre todo investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">Trabajo en equipo. Sostuvo que es bueno que se conozca que detr\u00e1s de la comida que se prepara hay el trabajo de un equipo con una labor bastante fuerte que es necesario reconocer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">Astrid y Gaston y Maido. En ese sentido Mart\u00ednez felicit\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n a Mitsuharu Tsumura, del restaurant \u201cMaido\u201d por haber escalado al puesto 13 de en la lista de los 50 mejores y al restaurant \u201cAstrid &amp; Gast\u00f3n\u201d de Gast\u00f3n Acurio, por haber ocupado el puesto 30.
