{"id":55416,"date":"2016-07-23T17:03:45","date_gmt":"2016-07-23T17:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2016\/07\/23\/palacin-defiende-a-los-abogados-frente-a-resolucion-del-cnm\/"},"modified":"2016-07-23T17:03:45","modified_gmt":"2016-07-23T17:03:45","slug":"palacin-defiende-a-los-abogados-frente-a-resolucion-del-cnm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/politica\/palacin-defiende-a-los-abogados-frente-a-resolucion-del-cnm\/","title":{"rendered":"Palacin defiende a los abogados frente a Resoluci\u00f3n del CNM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(Aeronoticias) <\/strong>El Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM) habr\u00eda emitido una Resoluci\u00f3n (<a href=\"http:\/\/busquedas.elperuano.com.pe\/normaslegales\/aprueban-el-reglamento-de-concursos-para-el-acceso-abierto-e-resolucion-no-228-2016-cnm-1394473-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VER RESOLUCION)<\/a>, que establece que los Diplomados no tendr\u00edan el valor de puntaje para los abogados que postulen al Poder Judicial o al Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el l\u00edder de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abogadosconelcambio.pe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abogados con el cambi<\/a>o, recomend\u00f3 al CNM que tenga en cuenta que los abogados del CAL con mucho esfuerzo siguen Diplomados, Maestr\u00edas y Doctorados, demostrando un permanente esp\u00edritu de superaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y muchas veces con pocos recursos econ\u00f3micos, por lo que recomend\u00f3 al CNM que revise este reglamento, que sin motivaci\u00f3n afecta a miles de abogados del CAL, que a futuro quieran postular a ser jueces o fiscales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agradeci\u00f3 a los 10,414 abogados y abogadas del CAL, que en las \u00faltimas elecciones del 2015 le dieron la confianza con su voto, que nos hizo ocupar el segundo lugar, si hubi\u00e9ramos ganado en este tema ya hubi\u00e9ramos sacado un comunicado oficial del CAL en defensa de la abogac\u00eda y hubi\u00e9ramos tomado otras acciones, ya que el compromiso con la sociedad es recuperar la fe en la abogac\u00eda y ejercer un liderazgo que le permita entender al pa\u00eds que honramos estos 212 a\u00f1os de historia al servicio de la construcci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de este pa\u00eds maravilloso llamado \u201cPer\u00fa\u201d que todos amamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/16\/07\/230716\/palacin-aguila.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Aeronoticias) El Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM) habr\u00eda emitido una Resoluci\u00f3n (VER RESOLUCION), que establece que los Diplomados no tendr\u00edan el valor de puntaje para los abogados que postulen al Poder Judicial o al Ministerio P\u00fablico.
