Nosotros hemos tenido varias reuniones a nivel gerencial para concretar la estrategia y basicamente apuntamos al tema del valor agregado, que es el servicio al cliente\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Valeria Serpa, Gerente comercial de LC Per\u00fa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que las empresas \u2018low cost\u2019 suelen cobrar adicionales por temas como el servicio a bordo o el equipaje que exceda un m\u00ednimo establecido y que esperan que el cliente conozca estos procesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u201cSi el cliente conoce esto, notar\u00e1 que los precios son muy similares a los que tenemos ahora las aerol\u00edneas en el mercado nacional\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Nuevos destinos<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Durante el 2016, LC Per\u00fa incluy\u00f3 rutas troncales dentro del pa\u00eds, como Cusco, Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo y Cajamarca. Este 5 de diciembre a\u00f1adir\u00e1 como nuevo destino la ciudad de Pucallpa, a la que llegar\u00e1 con un vuelo diario. Para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o espera a\u00f1adir dos nuevas rutas a nivel nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Actualmente LC Per\u00fa transporta a 85 mil pasajeros mensuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">LC Per\u00fa decidi\u00f3 apostar por las campa\u00f1as Cyber Monday Per\u00fa desde el 2014 y los resultados obtenidos en el comercio electr\u00f3nico los ha llevado a crear una jefatura de e-commerce y reforzar este canal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">\u201cTuvimos una excelente experiencia. En el ultimo a\u00f1o hemos tenido un crecimiento de 19% a 30%. Espec\u00edficamente en los Cyber Days tenemos crecimientos de 150% hasta 200% en ingresos y visitas. La campa\u00f1a, que suele ser de dos d\u00edas, llega a ser equivalente a un mes de ventas\u201d, destaca Serpa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">Esta 5ta campa\u00f1a Cyber Monday Per\u00fa, impulsada por la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Lima, se realizar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 28 y 29 de noviembre.
