{"id":6166,"date":"2009-10-23T04:30:42","date_gmt":"2009-10-23T04:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2009\/10\/23\/jubilacion-anticipada-contempla-devolucion-del-50-del-fondo-y-saldo-a-los-65-anos\/"},"modified":"2009-10-23T04:30:42","modified_gmt":"2009-10-23T04:30:42","slug":"jubilacion-anticipada-contempla-devolucion-del-50-del-fondo-y-saldo-a-los-65-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/ultimas\/1\/jubilacion-anticipada-contempla-devolucion-del-50-del-fondo-y-saldo-a-los-65-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"JUBILACI\u00d3N ANTICIPADA CONTEMPLA DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DEL 50% DEL FONDO Y SALDO A LOS 65 A\u00d1OS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Econom\u00eda del Congreso, Luis Galarreta, explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa legislativa aprobada hoy en el Parlamento que plantea crear un r\u00e9gimen especial de jubilaci\u00f3n anticipada, contempla devolver un 50 por ciento del fondo al trabajador y el resto cuando cumpla los 65 a\u00f1os. \u201cPara evitar que se vaya a entrampar este tema se logr\u00f3 que haya una devoluci\u00f3n del 50 por ciento, y el otro 50 por ciento quedar\u00eda cuando (el trabajador) cumpla los 65 a\u00f1os que le da la jubilaci\u00f3n voluntaria\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El parlamentario explic\u00f3 que este proyecto ya hab\u00eda sido observado por el Ejecutivo porque se planteaba la devoluci\u00f3n del 100 por ciento del monto de jubilaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, Galarreta dijo que como ahora se ha planteado el texto sustitutorio, confi\u00f3 que no vuelva a ser observada por el Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/10\/231009\/jubilacion.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"JUBILACI\u00d3N ANTICIPADA CONTEMPLA DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DEL 50% DEL FONDO Y SALDO A LOS 65 A\u00d1OS\" title=\"JUBILACI\u00d3N ANTICIPADA CONTEMPLA DEVOLUCI\u00d3N DEL 50% DEL FONDO Y SALDO A LOS 65 A\u00d1OS\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Asimismo descart\u00f3 que este proyecto sea \u201cconfiscatorio\u201d, y por el contrario subray\u00f3 que se devolver\u00e1n los recursos a los trabajadores de manera preventiva ante una emergencia como el desempleo. El parlamentario de Unidad Nacional adelant\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que la devoluci\u00f3n del 50 por ciento del monto se establecer\u00e1 en el reglamento que preparar\u00e1 el Ejecutivo 60 d\u00edas luego de promulgada la norma.<\/p>\n<p>El pleno del Congreso aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda el proyecto de ley que plantea crear un r\u00e9gimen especial de jubilaci\u00f3n anticipada de naturaleza temporal en el Sistema Privado de Pensiones, para mujeres a partir de los 50 a\u00f1os y hombres desde los 55.
