de hoy, seg\u00fan el cual el gobierno Suizo est\u00e1 obligado a entregar documentos bancarios que son medio probatorio en el caso de presunta corrupci\u00f3n multimillonaria al gobierno Argentino, en un caso en el que se encuentran vinculados el ex presidente Argentino Carlos Saul Menem, y la empresa francesa Thales.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Pese a esto, el fallo se puede apelar ante el tribunal supremo del pa\u00eds, considerando la pol\u00edtica que ha tomando la corte penal suiza de rechazar las apelaciones de compa\u00f1\u00edas y due\u00f1os de cuentas no identificados, implicados \u2013presuntamente- en una gran red de corrupci\u00f3n que abarca bancos suizos, fundaciones en Liechtenstein y para\u00edsos fiscales empresariales.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/11\/021109\/cmenem.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"menen\" title=\"menen\" \/><\/div>\n<p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan la corte Argentina, Thales habr\u00eda pagado 25 millones de d\u00f3lares en sobornos a funcionarios para obtener \u2013all\u00e1 por 1997- un contrato por un valor de 500 millones de d\u00f3lares a un lapso de 15 a\u00f1os para manejar espectros de radiofrecuencia, telefon\u00eda celular y Tv por cable, contrato que fue anulado posteriormente por el gobierno argentino cuando una auditoria general se top\u00f3 con estas irregularidades en este proceso de licitaci\u00f3n que termin\u00f3 por costarle al gobierno argentino 300 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Posteriormente, Menem fue acusado de fraude administrativo en marzo a ra\u00edz de las presuntas irregularidades, para luego rechazar los cargos, que seg\u00fan \u00e9l obedecen a motivaciones pol\u00edticas, sum\u00e1ndose a esto el hecho de que los due\u00f1os de cuentas sin identificaci\u00f3n afirman que \u2013por tratarse de un delito pol\u00edtico- Suiza no deb\u00eda prestar ayuda legal al gobierno Argentino, argumento que fue desestimado por el gobierno Suizo.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Aeronoticias<\/strong> considera que trat\u00e1ndose de un delito pol\u00edtico de corrupci\u00f3n y manipulaci\u00f3n por intereses, se necesita la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional de ambos gobiernos, tanto el Argentino como el Suizo para que el flujo de informaci\u00f3n complete el circulo que permita dilucidar la verdad y acotar la responsabilidad de estos delitos al \u2013o los- verdaderos culpables, siendo Carlos Saul Menem el mas implicado pero que de seguro es la cabeza de una red de corrupci\u00f3n mucho mas amplia que no solo acapar\u00f3 sectores del gobierno de ese entonces sino empresas y movimientos en Suiza y en Francia como en otras
