las Fuerzas Militares, m\u00e1ximo cargo castrense del pa\u00eds, contraalmirante C\u00edbar Ben\u00edtez, 48 horas despu\u00e9s de descabezar la c\u00fapula de las tres armas, inform\u00f3 el viernes una fuente del Gobierno.\u00a0El relevo de los principales jefes de las Fuerzas Armadas, sector que jug\u00f3 un papel preponderante en la vida pol\u00edtica de Paraguay en el \u00faltimo medio siglo, se produce en medio de un debilitamiento de las alianzas pol\u00edticas que sostienen a Lugo, acosado a su vez por denuncias de la oposici\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Lugo hab\u00eda despedido esta semana a los comandantes del Ej\u00e9rcito, la Marina y la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, en medio de rumores de inquietud en los cuarteles y advertencias de que podr\u00eda producirse un intento de golpe de Estado.\u00a0Un comunicado oficial inform\u00f3 que Ben\u00edtez ser\u00e1 sustituido por el ex comandante del Ej\u00e9rcito (arma terrestre), general Juan Oscar Vel\u00e1zquez, considerado como un hombre de plena confianza del jefe de Estado.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/11\/061109\/lugo.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"PRESIDENTE LUGO DESTITUY\u00d3 AL M\u00c1XIMO COMANDANTE MILITAR EN PARAGUAY\" title=\"PRESIDENTE LUGO DESTITUY\u00d3 AL M\u00c1XIMO COMANDANTE MILITAR EN PARAGUAY\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Tambi\u00e9n se registra en medio de otra demanda judicial contra el mandatario por supuesta paternidad de un ni\u00f1o de dos a\u00f1os, presentada por una mujer ante la jueza de la Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia.\u00a0La demandante, Hortensia Mor\u00e1n, es la tercera mujer que asegura tener un hijo con Fernando Lugo.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">En cuanto al \u00e1mbito militar, el contralmirante Ben\u00edtez hab\u00eda salido el jueves en defensa de sus camaradas defenestrados al se\u00f1alar con firmeza que \u00abno hay ninguna persona dentro de las Fuerzas Armadas que tenga esas intenciones (golpistas)\u00bb.\u00a0\u00abSe toman estas decisiones para dar oportunidad a otros\u00bb, habr\u00eda manifestado el presidente Lugo al contralmirante Ben\u00edtez, seg\u00fan el sitio digital del diario ABC que cita fuentes oficiales.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Vel\u00e1zquez, quien asumir\u00e1 cuanto antes, es oriundo del pobre departamento de San Pedro (400 km al norte), donde Lugo ejerci\u00f3 su ministerio como obispo cat\u00f3lico durante 10 a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">El presidente barri\u00f3 as\u00ed a la c\u00fapula de la Fuerzas Armadas por cuarta vez en sus 15 meses de gobierno, para ubicar ahora en los principales cargos a incondicionales suyos, en momentos en que arreciaban rumores de planes golpistas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Paralelamente, los opositores que dominan las c\u00e1maras de senadores y de diputados, amenazaron con llevarlo a juicio pol\u00edtico por \u00abmal desempe\u00f1o\u00bb.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">La oposici\u00f3n sostiene que el mandatario carece de respuestas ante la violencia social y la inseguridad reinantes,
