{"id":6845,"date":"2009-11-17T14:12:08","date_gmt":"2009-11-17T14:12:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.mcvicious.com\/aero2020\/2009\/11\/17\/plantean-que-tlc-con-chile-sea-visto-por-el-congreso\/"},"modified":"2009-11-17T14:12:08","modified_gmt":"2009-11-17T14:12:08","slug":"plantean-que-tlc-con-chile-sea-visto-por-el-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/nacionales\/plantean-que-tlc-con-chile-sea-visto-por-el-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"PLANTEAN QUE TLC CON CHILE SEA VISTO POR EL CONGRESO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">Farid Kahhat, especialista en temas internacionales y el general Rodolfo Chiabra, ex ministro de Defensa, coincidieron en plantear que el Tratado de Libre Comercio con Chile debe pasar necesariamente primero por el Congreso Nacional para un cabal an\u00e1lisis que garantice si es conveniente o no para los intereses del Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Fue durante la entrevista que la conductora del espacio \u201cPrensa Libre\u201d del canal 4, Rosa Mar\u00eda Palacios, hizo anoche a ambos personajes para enfocar el palpitante tema del actual deterioro de las relaciones peruano-chilenas a ra\u00edz del escandaloso espionaje auspiciado por este \u00faltimo pa\u00eds al contratar a un efectivo de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Peruana (FAP) para revelar secretos militares, seg\u00fan pruebas fehacientes.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/11\/171109\/tlchile.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"PLANTEAN QUE TLC CON CHILE SEA VISTO POR EL CONGRESO\" title=\"PLANTEAN QUE TLC CON CHILE SEA VISTO POR EL CONGRESO\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Kahhat, precis\u00f3 que este caso sensibilizar\u00e1 inevitablemente las relaciones diplom\u00e1ticas de los dos pa\u00edses pero que no influir\u00e1 mayormente al Tribunal de La Haya donde un conjunto de 15 jueces emitir\u00e1n m\u00e1s adelante su fallo respecto al diferendo sobre l\u00edmites mar\u00edtimos que ha demandado el Per\u00fa contra Chile con argumentos muy s\u00f3lidos y precisos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte el ex alto mando del ej\u00e9rcito peruano, general Chiabra, destac\u00f3 que el desconocimiento que pretende arg\u00fcir Chile respecto a su responsabilidad en el espionaje contra el Per\u00fa responde a su hist\u00f3rico comportamiento de negar lo innegable, como sucedi\u00f3 en 1979 en otro caso de flagrante espionaje que termin\u00f3 con el fusilamiento de otro miembro de la FAP, acusado de traidor a la patria, o cuando vendi\u00f3 armas al Ecuador\u00a0 en pleno conflicto con el Per\u00fa, siendo Chile uno de los pa\u00edses garantes para preservar la paz.<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Farid Kahhat, especialista en temas internacionales y el general Rodolfo Chiabra, ex ministro de Defensa, coincidieron en plantear que el Tratado de Libre Comercio con Chile debe pasar necesariamente primero por el Congreso Nacional para un cabal an\u00e1lisis que garantice si es conveniente o no para los intereses del Per\u00fa.
