Comisi\u00f3n de Transportes la derogatoria del Decreto Legislativo 999, en relaci\u00f3n a la necesidad de que los pilotos de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Chilena FACH, no sigan operando en LAN dentro del espacio a\u00e9reo peruano, poniendo en riesgo la seguridad y defensa nacional del Per\u00fa. <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/stories\/09\/12\/021209\/lan.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Carlos Raffo, del fujimorismo, fue el m\u00e1s simp\u00e1tico, ya que en defensa a ultranza de los intereses de LAN, la empresa del virtual presidente de Chile, Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era, dijo \u201cque en LAN, s\u00f3lo volaba un piloto chileno haci\u00e9ndose eco de un comunicado de esta l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea\u201d \u2013aparecido en los medios de prensa el d\u00eda de hoy-.<\/p>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para deleite de nuestros lectores publicamos la lista de los 93 pilotos chilenos muchos de ellos de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Chilena (FACH), que hasta el 2008 estaban volando en LAN, n\u00famero que hasta el d\u00eda de hoy, habr\u00eda llegado hasta 143.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Aeronoticias <\/strong>considera que los congresistas Carlos Raffo, Luciana Le\u00f3n y Jorge Flores del Aprismo, adem\u00e1s de Lourdes Alcorta y Franco Carpio de Unidad Nacional que votaron en contra del proyecto de la Congresista Nacionalista Susana Vilca en defensa de los pilotos peruanos y de la l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea de bandera, ser\u00edan \u201cpasajeros frecuentes de LAN\u201d, ya que no queda duda que tienen bien puesta la camiseta de Chile y no del Per\u00fa y en todo caso exhortamos al Congresista Carlos Raffo \u2013del fujimorismo- a que nos remita la copia de todos los carnet de extranjer\u00eda de los 143 pilotos de LAN que han estado volando en el espacio a\u00e9reo peruano hasta la fecha, y que
