Hice todos mis esfuerzos por garantizar los presupuestos para apoyar la ni\u00f1ez, el empleo, el medio ambiente y los programas asistenciales\u00bb, dijo el primer ministro Yukio Hatoyama, en una conferencia de prensa posterior a la aprobaci\u00f3n del presupuesto por parte del gabinete.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Hatoyama prometi\u00f3 que su gobierno apuntalar\u00e1 la fr\u00e1gil recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. El viernes, el gobierno pronostic\u00f3 que la econom\u00eda nacional crecer\u00eda 1,4% el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo, su primera expansi\u00f3n en un trienio.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">El gasto en bienestar social, que incluye programas para pensiones mensuales infantiles, una de las principales promesas electorales de Hatoyama, saltar\u00e1 10% respecto del presupuesto inicial en el a\u00f1o fiscal en curso, a 27,3 billones de yenes (298.000 millones de d\u00f3lares), dijo un funcionario del Ministerio de Finanzas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">El gobierno comenzar\u00e1 a dar a las familias 13.000 yenes (142 d\u00f3lares) mensuales por ni\u00f1o en edad de cursar la educaci\u00f3n primaria, desde abril del 2010, para apoyar el gasto y alentar a que m\u00e1s mujeres tengan beb\u00e9s.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Jap\u00f3n tiene el porcentaje m\u00e1s bajo de poblaci\u00f3n infantil entre 31 econom\u00edas desarrolladas, por debajo de Alemania e Italia, de acuerdo con un reporte del gobierno.
