{"id":84212,"date":"2023-07-05T18:00:46","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T23:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/?p=84212"},"modified":"2023-07-06T10:43:16","modified_gmt":"2023-07-06T15:43:16","slug":"receta-del-sabroso-seco-de-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeronoticias.com.pe\/noticiero\/turismo\/gastronomia\/receta-del-sabroso-seco-de-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta del sabroso \u201cSeco de Carne\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>(Aeronoticias) Aqu\u00ed les dejo la receta para preparar un sabroso \u00abSeco de Carne\u00bb, un plato tradicional peruano lleno de sabor y aromas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 gramos de carne de res (puedes usar carne de cerdo o cordero si lo prefieres), cortada en trozos<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal<\/li><li>1 cebolla grande, picada<\/li><li>3 dientes de ajo, picados<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li><li>1 cucharadita de aj\u00ed amarillo molido<\/li><li>1 taza de cerveza negra<\/li><li>2 tazas de caldo de carne<\/li><li>1 taza de frejoles (frijoles) peruanos (pueden ser frescos, enlatados o remojados si son secos)<\/li><li>1 ramita de hierbabuena<\/li><li>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/li><li>Arroz blanco cocido para servir<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instrucciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En una olla grande, calienta el aceite vegetal a fuego medio-alto. Agrega la carne y d\u00f3rala por todos los lados. Ret\u00edrala de la olla y reserva.<\/li><li>En la misma olla, agrega la cebolla y el ajo, y cocina hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y fragantes.<\/li><li>Incorpora el comino y el aj\u00ed amarillo molido. Mezcla bien para que los sabores se integren.<\/li><li>A\u00f1ade la carne nuevamente a la olla y revu\u00e9lvela con la cebolla y las especias.<\/li><li>Vierte la cerveza negra y el caldo de carne en la olla. Agrega la ramita de hierbabuena.<\/li><li>Reduce el fuego a medio-bajo, tapa la olla y cocina a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 1 hora y media o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna y se deshaga f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li><li>Mientras tanto, en una olla aparte, cocina los frejoles con suficiente agua hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos.
