(Aeronoticias)<\/strong>: Las empresas\u00a0Lima Airport Partners<\/a>\u00a0(LAP)<\/strong>\u00a0y la\u00a0Corporaci\u00f3n Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviaci\u00f3n Comercial (CORPAC)<\/strong>\u00a0asumir\u00e1n el pago de una eventual reparaci\u00f3n civil en favor de los deudos de las v\u00edctimas de\u00a0la colisi\u00f3n de un avi\u00f3n con un cami\u00f3n de bomberos en el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch\u00e1vez\u00a0ocurrida en 2022, en caso sus trabajadores investigados por dicho caso no puedan asumir el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed lo dispuso el Poder Judicial, que incorpor\u00f3 a Lima Airport Partners (LAP) <\/strong>y la Corporaci\u00f3n Peruana de Aeropuertos y Aviaci\u00f3n Comercial <\/a>(CORPAC)<\/strong> como terceros civiles responsables en la investigaci\u00f3n preparatoria por la colisi\u00f3n del avi\u00f3n con el cami\u00f3n de bomberos en el Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Ch\u00e1vez<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la audiencia, el fiscal provincial Eduardo Alfredo Luna Andaviza argument\u00f3 ante el Poder Judicial<\/strong> <\/a>que en este caso se cumplen los dos requisitos para solicitar la incorporaci\u00f3n: existe relaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de subordinaci\u00f3n de los investigados con LAP<\/strong> y CORPAC, por ser sus trabajadores, y el presunto delito de homicidio culposo agravado se cometi\u00f3 durante el ejercicio de sus cargos y el cumplimiento de sus deberes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, el representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico explic\u00f3 que la finalidad de la medida es asegurar la indemnizaci\u00f3n efectiva a los familiares de los bomberos aeron\u00e1uticos \u00c1ngel Torres Garc\u00eda, Nicol\u00e1s Andr\u00e9 Santa Gadea Morales y Manuel Hugo Villanueva Alarc\u00f3n, quienes fallecieron como consecuencia de la colisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formalizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Como se recuerda el 6 de marzo del 2024, el Ministerio P\u00fablico formaliz\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n preparatoria en contra de cuatro trabajadores de LAP y cinco de Corpac, por los hechos ocurridos el 18 de noviembre del 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre ellos, el jefe de rescate de LAP, Pa\u00fal S\u00e1nchez Le\u00f3n; el gerente de seguridad de LAP, Juan Enrique Salas Rivera; el supervisor general, Abraham Vega Mes\u00edas; y el supervisor de equipos, Carlos Pe\u00f1a Mendoza (estos dos \u00faltimos son bomberos aeron\u00e1uticos). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y por parte de Corpac, el coordinador general de la torre de control, Wilber Ruiz de los R\u00edos, y los controladores Marcelo Rodr\u00edguez Jer\u00ed, Juan Diego Izquierdo Escudero, Estrella Alc\u00e1ntara Carty y Reynaldo Bravo Tejada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
