Sin embargo,\u00a0<strong>la plantilla de 32.000 trabajadores ha rechazado el pacto alcanzado y decide ir a la huelga\u00a0con el 96% de los votos.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se plante\u00f3 la posibilidad de paro al no alcanzarse un acuerdo para la renovaci\u00f3n del contrato que expir\u00f3 ayer 12 de septiembre.\u00a0<\/strong>Han pasado 16 a\u00f1os desde la \u00faltima renovaci\u00f3n de condiciones.\u00a0Los empleados demandaban una mejora salarial, m\u00e1s vacaciones, un sistema sanitario y de jubilaci\u00f3n\u00a0que recompense sus carreras profesionales.<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/IAM751\/status\/1832743267756101758\">\u00a0Elementos que fueron contemplados en el pacto Boeing-IAM pero no en los t\u00e9rminos que los trabajadores deseaban<\/a>. El 94,6% de ellos votaron en contra del acuerdo. El aumento salarial de un 25% no ha sido suficiente para evitar la huelga que pone en jaque a Boeing que de por s\u00ed ya sufre grandes retrasos en la producci\u00f3n.
