La DGAC otorgó el respectivo Permiso de Operación de Aviación Comercial – Transporte Aéreo Especial: Turístico a nivel nacional por cuatro años a la empresa AEROCONDOR, de acuerdo a la resolución directoral Nº 185-2008-MTC, del pasado 1 de octubre.<\/div>\n

Circuitos turísticos autorizados<\/strong> <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Aeronoticias<\/strong> tuvo acceso a la respectiva resolución directoral, la misma que entrará en vigencia una vez que sea publicada en el boletín de Normas Legales del diario oficial El Peruano. <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

El permiso de operación autoriza los siguientes circuitos turísticos:<\/p>\n

Base de Operaciones<\/strong> <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

La norma establece que las bases de operaciones son los aeródromos Las Dunas; Nasca; Chivay; así como los aeropuertos de Arequipa; Cusco; Trujillo; Chiclayo; y Juliaca.<\/p>\n

El artículo 2 de la referida resolución detalla que las aeronaves autorizadas a la empresa AEROCONDOR S.A.C. deben estar provistas de sus correspondientes Certificados de Matrícula vigentes, expedidos –de ser el caso- por el Registro Público de Aeronaves de la Oficina Registral de Lima y Callao; de sus Certificados de Aeronavegabilidad vigentes, expedidos o convalidados por la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC); y de la Póliza o Certificado de Seguros que cubran los riesgos derivados de su actividad aérea. <\/div>\n

Naves con las que podrá volar AEROCONDOR<\/strong> <\/div>\n

La resolución de la DGAC autoriza a AEROCONDOR el empleo de aviones Cessna 171; Cessna 177; Cessna 206; Cessna 207; Cessna 208; Cessna 337; Beechcraft B-90; Beechcraft B-200; Antonov AN-24; Fokker F-27; DHC-6 Twin Otter; Beechcraft B-95; y El Gavilán 358. <\/div>\n
Datos estadísticos e informes<\/strong> <\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

El artículo 3 de la resolución señala que AEROCONDOR está obligada a presentar a la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), los datos estadísticos e informes que correspondan a su actividad aérea, de acuerdo a los procedimientos que establece la DGAC.<\/p>\n

En tanto que el artículo 4 establece que AEROCONDOR está obligada a establecer un Sistema de Radiocomunicación entre los puntos a operar, a fin de mantener permanentemente información del tráfico aéreo que realizan sus aeronaves. (Por Efrén Vidal) 19:45:08 <\/div>\n
